After you have sent your gift card to us check inside your amazon account under orders that the gift card has sent to us if it has and it shows sent, We then require you to do 3 simple things in one email! to us:
Important: Before you email us check that your gift card shows sent if it is showing not sent or pending for longer then 5 minutes it means your amazon account has a issue and the card will not send, do not click resend it will not work, just email us let us know and we will advise you of another method.

- 3.) Paste or type the Amazon Order Number into the email subject- See example 3
